Liverpool vs PSG Predictions, 20/1 Bet Builder and Betting Tips

Betting odds
- Liverpool are 6/5 favourites for the win at home

PSG are 16/1 to overcome the one goal deficit and go on and win the competition this season.

- Alexis Mac Allister to be booked
- Lucas Hernandez to be booked
Betting odds: 20/1 with bet365.
Liverpool vs PSG Predictions
Following that game in Paris last week, in which PSG dominated Liverpool only for the Reds to steal a win in the latter stages of the match, I expect this one to be fiery from the off. Liverpool will be looking to secure their advantage in front of their home support, while PSG will need to get off the mark early doors if they’ve to give themselves a chance of progressing. With that, I think both teams to score is a great bet here.
When Liverpool play well, Mo Salah tends to get himself on the scoresheet, or chip in with an assist or two. He has 33 goals and 22 assists in all competitions this season, with three goals and four assists coming in his eight Champions League appearances. In the Premier League, he has 27 goals and 17 assists in 29 games, which is an outstanding return. As I think Liverpool will score at least one, there’s a strong chance of Mo Salah being involved by either scoring or assisting.
I’ve gone for two players to be carded in this one – Liverpool’s Alexis Mac Allister and PSG’s Lucas Hernandez. Mac Allister has been carded 10 times this season, picking up six yellow’s in his 28 league appearances, and four in seven in the Champions League. He averages just under two fouls per game and will be in for a difficult game against a very good PSG midfield here.
Lucas Hernandez has picked up two cards this season, with one coming last time out against Rennes. The left-back will be up against the formidable duo of Mo Salah and Trent Alexander Arnold on Tuesday night, so it’ll be a difficult evening for him, and I think he will make a couple of fouls at least. Both players are good odds to pick up a booking in this one.
