Man City seem to be unbeatable after it looked like they were headed for defeat last weekend before John Stones popped up with a 98th-minute equaliser. They have played five, won four and drawn one so far this season and I can’t see them slipping up here. They only lost three games last season, drawing seven and winning 28. Newcastle have tasted defeat once already this season, and I think that will be the case again in this one.

No Premier League player has scored 10 goals in fewer games than Erling Haaland. You just know we’re backing him for another goal in this one. With 10 in his opening five matches, making up the lion’s share of City’s 13 league goals, it seems inevitable that he will score every time he takes to the pitch. He will have plenty of chances again here, and it’s a pretty safe bet that he will take at least one of them.

We’re going for two players to be carded to complete this bet builder – Bruno Guimaraes and Dan Burn. The two Newcastle men will be up against it in this one, and I think there’s a good chance of them both being yellow-carded. Bruno Guimaraes has picked up one yellow card so far this season in his five appearances. He will add to that tally for certain (he was booked nine times last season) and we think he may do that here. Dan Burn will be in for a difficult day coming up against Haaland. He has been carded three times already this season in just five games, and I think he could easily pick up his fourth on Saturday.
