Top-flight action returns in England this weekend following the international break and I’ve focussed my attention on four Premier League players to pick up a booking on Saturday.

There are some mouth-watering derbies in this game week, including the North London Derby, where I’ve picked out a player to be booked tip in that one towards my 108/1 four-fold with Bet365.

Again, I recommend playing the multiples, either a Lucky 15 or a Yankee as well as the four-fold on its own.

Rodrigo Bentancur (Tottenham) to be carded vs Arsenal

The first of my selections sees us head to The Emirates where Arsenal host local North London rivals in Spurs. This promises to be an action-packed game with goals and cards expected.

I’m siding with Spurs midfielder Bentancur to pick up a yellow here. He’s already been carded three times in the league this term and, with a personal midfield battle likely to be the case against Arsenal’s Granit Xhaka, I expect the Uruguayan to be carded.

I actually think both Bentancur and Xhaka will find themselves in the referee’s notebook, however my preference is for Bentancur to get the ball rolling for my acca in the early kick off.

 

Jefferson Lerma (Bournemouth) to be carded vs Brentford

The next of my selections sees us head to Bournemouth vs Brentford, and I’m selecting the home sides Colombian midfielder Lerma to pick up a yellow.

Surprisingly, Lerma hasn’t picked up a yellow card yet this term. He’s no stranger to a card though having picked up 23 yellows and 1 red in his 70 Premier League appearances for The Cherries.

In what’s going to be a tight game, I’m fancying him to pick up his first card of the season on Saturday.

 

Ruben Neves (Wolves) to be carded vs West Ham

The next of my selections is another player who is no stranger to referees and that’s Wolves midfield maestro Ruben Neves.

He’s a player I rate highly and fully expect him to be plying his trade in the Champions League soon. However, he does have a nasty side to his game, and I would be surprised should he not be booked on Saturday in a contest where the midfield battle will be crucial.

Reece James (Chelsea) to be carded vs Crystal Palace

Lastly, I’m heading to Selhurst Park where Palace take on Chelsea in another London clash.

This pick is my value selection of the four, and that’s Chelsea and England International Reece James. Known for his attacking threat and creativity, he also does have a side to his game that often sees him pick up yellows.

He quite cleverly stops counter-attacks and, with him likely to being up against Palace star man Wilfried Zaha on Saturday, I think he provides excellent value to be carded at 3/1.
