A win has been long in the offing for Vincent Kompany, who despite winning on the opening day and coming so close to doing so again with three more draws, seems to have finally clicked.

Eight goals in just two Championship games shows an ability to score up front, and team cohesion alongside possession should result in doing so again.

Roma to beat Monza

Jose Mourinho has done wonders in the Italian capital; and his joint-top Roma outfit take on Monza at home in the Serie A – who are one of just two sides to have not won a single point in their first three games.

With just one conceded all season, they will most likely keep a clean sheet against the league’s basement boys.
