144/1 Saturday Accumulator Tip – Two Player Cards and Two Anytime Scorers

Bookings tips

For this Saturday’s fixtures, Jamie has picked out two players to be carded and two players to score in their matches to make up a massive 144/1 accumulator tip.

The bet kicks off with the 12.30pm Premier League clash between Newcastle and Arsenal before we look to complete the bet with three 3pm kick-offs from the Championship.

You could bet on these four football tips as an accumulator or play a Yankee, to give you the doubles and trebles as well.

At the time of writing, bet365 are clearly the best odds for this bet at 144/1. Second best is VBet at 112/1 then Paddy Power and Betfair are down at 86/1, Coral and Ladbrokes are 71/1 and 10Bet are offering just 48/1.

To put that into context, a £10 winning accumulator at bet365 returns £1450 compared to £870 at Paddy Power, £720 at Ladbrokes and £490 at 10Bet.

Newcastle vs Arsenal – Thomas Partey to be carded (15/8)

In 9 out of 11 games in all competitions this season, an opposition central midfielder has been booked against Newcastle, and in the other two games, Flynn Downes made 5 fouls and Abdoulaye Doucoure made 3 fouls without being booked. This is mainly due to Newcastle central midfielder Bruno Guimaraes being the most fouled player in the Premier League by far this season, drawing 34 fouls in 9 league games. Arsenal defensive midfielder Thomas Partey has been booked in 2 of his 7 starts as a midfielder this season, making 18 fouls and committing 12 fouls. The Ghanaian will be tasked with marking Bruno at St James’ Park in the early kick-off.

Sheffield Wednesday vs Watford – Shea Charles to be carded (13/5)

Northern Ireland international and Sheffield Wednesday defensive midfielder Shea Charles has made 26 tackles and committed 16 fouls in 9 appearances in the Championship this season, picking up 2 yellow cards. In 8 of their 12 Championship games this season, an opposition central midfielder has been booked against Watford, with central midfielder Tom Dele-Bashiru drawing 19 fouls in 9 league games. In their most recent meeting, 7 yellow cards were handed out, and it wouldn’t be a surprise to see the same again considering that referee Sam Allison has given 47 yellow cards in 8 games in all competitions so far this season.

QPR vs Sunderland – Wilson Isidor to score anytime (5/2)

Sunderland come into this game top of the league having won 9 of their 12 league games, scoring 23 goals. They face a QPR side in very poor form, sitting second bottom of the league after conceding 19 goals, without a win in their last 8 games. French forward Wilson Isidor has only recently come into the Sunderland side, starting their last 6 games, and in these games he has scored 4 goals from 14 shots, with 6 being on target. Considering that these are two sides at different ends of the table, and that QPR have conceded 11 goals in 6 home games this season, it’s very unlikely that the home side will keep a clean sheet. Isidor will definitely get chances to score in this game, and this is a large price for someone on his run of form which looks likely to continue.

Cardiff vs Norwich – Borja Sainz to score anytime (3/1)

Norwich are the second top scorers in the Championship this season, only behind Sunderland, with 22 goals in 12 games. This is mostly due to their Spanish left winger Borja Sainz having scored 10 goals, with Erling Haaland the only other player across the top four divisions in England to hit double figures for goals scored. The Spaniard has taken 37 shots in these 12 games, with 15 being on target. There were 10 goals scored in the two meetings between these sides last season, and considering that Cardiff conceded 21 shots to West Brom in their last game, the odds on offer are too large to turn down for Sainz to add to his tally.
