81/1 FA Cup Third Round Accumulator Tips – Three Potential Upsets in Saturday’s Fixtures
The FA Cup third round takes place this weekend and we have picked out a few potential upsets from the Saturday fixtures where the likes of Burnley, Everton, Crystal Palace, Newcastle, and Bournemouth all face potential cupsets.
Saturday’s matches span across the day, starting with Mansfield vs Middlesbrough at 12.15pm before matches at 12.30pm, 12.45pm, 3pm, 5.30pm and 5.45pm.
We usually get some shocks at this stage of the competition so let’s take a look at the odds and see which teams have the best chance of knocking out one of the big teams from the FA Cup at this early round.
Newcastle hosting Cambridge is the potential upset of the day but Eddie Howe will be well aware that anything but a win will not be accepted so he’ll likely play a strong side, especially given that Newcastle have had postponements and do not play again for a week. Hull to beat Everton
it has been nothing short of a disaster this season so far for Everton and Rafa Benitez and an FA Cup third-round defeat to Championship side Hull will do nothing but make the fans even angrier at the appointment of the former Liverpool manager. The Blues have made some early signings in the January transfer window and could feature but issues both on and off the pitch has left more toxicity around the club.
Hull are down in 19th in the Championship table with no win in four matches but this game is set up perfectly for an upset. An evening kick-off, the struggling Premier League side away from home and live on TV.

Millwall to beat Crystal Palace
This local derby will be fiercly contested and Crystal Palace will have to be on their guard against a side who have recent history in causing FA Cup shocks. Millwall beat Everton 3-2 at The Den back in 2019 and come into this third round tie off the back of five unbeaten at home.
Crystal Palace are having a good season under new manager Patrick Vieria but they’ve not won in four away matches now and have lost their last three, scoring no goals. This is another match primed for a cupset – early kick-off, live on TV and the Premier League side facing a difficult away trip – albeit only up the road.

Kidderminster Harries to beat Reading
No team wants to go to a non-league side in the third round of the FA Cup but that is exactly what Reading have to do this weekend and they go into the tie having won just once in five matches.
Kidderminster are very strong at home, winning their last four matches without conceding a goal and in that run they’ve beaten both Grimsby and Halifax in this competition. They’ve scored 15 goals in their last five home games and will fancy their chances of causing a big upset against Championship opposition.
