Kylian Mbappe the 6/1 favourite to be Euro 2024 Top Scorer after the Group Stages

The Euro 2024 group stages are over and we have been through the latest Euro 2024 top goalscorer odds at bet365 to see where the value is ahead of the knockout round which starts on Saturday.

It has been a bit of an underwhelming group stage for most of the top ranked nations at Euro 2024 – England, Belgium, Netherlands and France will all be really disappointed with their performances to far and we have only seen a glimmer of quality from Portugal, Germany and Spain.

That has meant the top goalscorer standings at Euro 2024 have an unfamiliar feel with Georges Mitautadze of Georgia topping the charts after the group stage matches.

As you can see, bet365 make Mbappe the slight favourite to be the tournament’s top marksman but France are on the tough side of the draw and Mbappe only has a penalty to his name in his two matches so far (he missed the second group game with a broken nose)

Harry Kane and England have been disappointing but England have once again got a favourable draw and should go all the way to another European Championship final on paper. That means Kane has a really good chance of being the top scorer at another major tournament, with Slovakia coming up in the last 16 on Sunday.

Cody Gakpo and the Netherlands have also fallen on a favourable draw despite finishing third in their group behind Austria and France. Gakpo has looked like one of Holland’s best players so far and he is worth a second look in the top scorer odds at 11/1 for sure.
