Chris Sutton’s Fulham vs Man City Prediction

Sutton told the BBC website: “Fulham have had a good season but their performances have maybe dropped off a bit in recent weeks, while Manchester City are hitting their best form.

We know Marco Silva’s side can be dangerous because they have taken four points off Arsenal, so this is still a tricky game for City – but they are so efficient that I cannot see them slipping up.

Sutton’s prediction: Fulham 1-3 Manchester City.

Lawro’s Fulham vs Man City Prediction

Lawro wrote the following in his Paddy Power column: “Fulham drew 0-0 with Brentford last weekend and apparently nothing happened but a fair bit went on in Manchester City’s game. You always feel like you’re hemmed in a little bit at Craven Cottage but, even so, I fancy a big City win. They’re on it, aren’t they?”

Paul Merson’s Fulham vs Man City Prediction

Paul Merson said: “You look at it now and see this as Arsenal’s last chance. Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United are out of form, so this could be City’s most difficult game. Despite that, I can’t see anything but a Man City win. They absolutely blew Wolverhampton Wanderers away last week with Erling Haaland scoring four goals and are a much better team when they have to win.”

“Fulham are a nice team but they would need to score first to stand a realistic chance of getting anything from this game. All Arsenal can do is win their game and take it to the last game of the season. Football is a funny game – who’d have thought Real Madrid would turn the tie around yesterday when they were a goal down with a minute to go?”
