Marking their return from October’s international break this weekend, Chelsea have potentially been handed a major injury boost as Reece James has hinted he could be set for a much-welcomed return on Saturday evening.

Although reports earlier in the week might have suggested that James had suffered a potential setback ahead of his return from a long-term hamstring injury, the Chelsea skipper appears to have put those concerns to bed.

While it might have been suggested that the 23-year-old was a major doubt ahead of Arsenal’s arrival at Stamford Bridge on Saturday evening, James has been pictured back training alongside the rest of Chelsea’s first-team squad.

Taking to social media and really teasing Chelsea fans ahead of Arsenal’s arrival in west London this weekend, the potential return of their defensive talisman could come at a crucial time.

How the rest of Chelsea’s squad are fairing ahead of Arsenal’s arrival

With reports also suggesting that former Aston Villa starlet Carney Chukwuemeka is still unavailable this weekend, it is no secret that Chelsea are dealing with a long list of injury concerns.
