A Cheltenham Festival Each-Way Lucky 15 Tip from Matt Chapman’s Tips
The Cheltenham Festival is almost upon us and all the expert tipsters and pundits are putting up their selections in all the blogs and Cheltenham preview nights. Today we’ve taken four of Matt Chapman’s Cheltenham tips at big prices for an each-way bet.
Chappers is a regular pundit on ITV Racing and the Paddy Power blog and he has picked lots of Cheltenham tips, but we have picked out four of the bigger prices that would appeal to people who are looking for an each-way bet such as a lucky 15 or yankee on the Cheltenham Festival.
See the four selections below and a few different free bet offers you could use to bet on Cheltenham this week.
Matt Chapmans’s Cheltenham Festival Each-Way Tips
- Brown Advisory Novices’ Chase (Wednesday) – Thyme Hill: 5/1
- Champion Bumper (Wednesday) – Chapeau Du Soleil: 9/1
- Ryanair Chase (Thursday) – French Dynamite: 14/1
- Gold Cup (Friday) – Minella Indo: 20/1
Accumulator Odds: 18899/1 with BetUK.
Brown Advisory Novices’ Chase (Wednesday) – Thyme Hill: 5/1
THYME HILL has been unlucky at Cheltenham in the past over hurdles and deserves a big race win at the track. He will never be the most slick of jumpers, but he’s pretty safe and has plenty of class. For me he is the most talented horse in the field.
Champion Bumper (Wednesday) – Chapeau Du Soleil: 9/1
CHAPEAU DE SOLEIL is bred to stay well out of a Kayf Tara mare and can come on a lot for his debut defeat at Fairyhouse. My hope has always been held in high regard by connections, and I suspect is a lot better than we saw first time. He also made the running that day, and I doubt he will be doing that here.
Ryanair Chase (Thursday) – French Dynamite: 14/1
Now that Allaho is out the suggestion is a few quid each-way on French Dynamite. He has good course form and likes the distance and if the field cuts up a little bit his current odds could well look big. Have a bit on each-way.
Gold Cup (Friday) – Minella Indo: 20/1
Previous winner MINELLA INDO is over priced. He beat Stattler last time and that horse is half the odds. The former Gold Cup hero really should have each way claims again and until we know the final line-up I’m happy to chance him at big odds.
