Chelsea suffered their first league defeat at the hands of Manchester City since losing to Liverpool in matchday six. The Blues remain in a healthy position in the league, seven points clear of fifth placed Wolves.

West Ham have been in freefall for some time now. The Hammers have failed to win any of their last seven and look vulnerable at the back. Stand in keeper, Roberto, has come under heavy critiscm and is yet to win a league game.

Chelsea are prone to the occasional defensive blunder and often allow opponents space in transition, but West Ham’s attackers are out of form. Sebastien Haller hasn’t scored in five whilst the wait for Felipe Anderson’s first goal of the season continues. This should be a straightforward win for Lampard.
