Goals have been a real problem for Everton throughout their summer and that continued in their 0-0 draw with Crystal Palace last weekend. They did have chances to win the match but with new striker Moise Kean on the bench, they lacked a real cutting edge upfront. If the Italian youngster starts against Watford they Everton should run out winners in this tie. Both Richarlison and Sigurdsson had chances to win it at Selhurst Park last weekend but they also needed a couple of good saves from Jordan Pickford to keep Palace out at the other end.

Watford were thumped 3-0 at home to Brighton last weekend in a result that not many people saw coming. We called the game completely wrong in our Premier League betting tips as many tipsters did. They will not put in as bad a performance this weekend but there us an underlying rivalry between these two teams given that former Watford manager Marco Silva and star player Richarlison now both wear the Royal blue of Everton.
