FC Astana vs CFR Cluj Preview

Astana made it though three rounds of qualifying last season, before losing out to Dinamo Zagreb. The Kazathstan side always seem to pick up good results at home in the Champions League, their defeat to Dinamo Zagreb last season was their first ever home defeat in this competition, a run spanning 14 matches.

CFR Cluj also have some good results in past seasons to their name – most nobitbly a 1-0 win at Old Trafford against Manchester United back in 2012.

Last season they fell at their first qualifying stage – losing out to Malmo following a disappointing 1-0 home defeat before drawing in Sweden.
