Lincoln vs Tranmere Betting Tip – Lincoln Win

Lincoln got back to winning ways under Michael Appleton last weekend, taking full advantage of Burton’s home woes. The Imps have won 57% of their home games this season and have kept back-to-back clean sheets at Sincil Bank. They should be able to build upon last weeks result when they host goal-shy Tranmere. Only three sides have scored fewer away goals than the men from the Wirral on the road (7) and the visitors could find it difficult to break the hosts down. Lincoln have conceded seven times at home this season, although six of them came against Oxford. They’ve kept clean sheets against every single bottom half opponent at this ground and they should have too much for a Tranmere side who’ve shipped twenty goals away from Prenton Park.

 

Sunderland vs Blackpool Betting Tip – Blackpool Draw No Bet

Phil Parkinson has made a low-key start at the Stadium of Light and he’s already feeling the pressure and expectation in Wearside. The Black Cats slipped up against Gillingham last weekend and they simply must collect three points in this one. However, they’re facing one of the division’s form sides with the goal-happy Seasiders coming off the back of a morale-boosting 3-1 success in the Fylde Coast derby. Sunderland have found the net in every single home game this season, however Blackpool are also happy to attack and this could be a very entertaining contest. The Seasiders have conceded just nine away goals so far and Sunderland will have to be at their best in order to break them down. Ben Heneghan has been excellent and will be marshalling a fairly watertight Blackpool back-line. They could head back to Lancashire with something to show for it.

 

Wycombe vs Burton Betting Tip – Both Teams to Score? Yes

Wycombe have been wonderful this season and the Chairboys will be feeling refreshed after last weekend’s break. Gareth Ainsworth’s side have been defensively brilliant so far this camaign, although they’ve conceded ten times at Adams Park and are facing one of the division’s most prolific away sides. Burton cannot seem to do the business at the Pirelli and were defeated again last weekend. Away from home, they’ve netted 15 times and recently beat Sunderland 2-1 at the Stadium of Light. They also drew 2-2 with Doncaster and are always a threat on their travels. Wycombe have kept clean sheets here against MK Dons and Shrewsbury, but Burton are far more shot-happy than those two sides and could find a way through here.
