Borussia Dortmund looking to hand Jadon Sancho a Bundesliga lifeline
In the midst of what has quickly become an Old Trafford nightmare, it appears that Jadon Sancho could finally be handed a lifeline by his former employers when the January transfer window opens up.
Borussia Dortmund look to bring Sancho back to Germany
While there might have been much excitement around Old Trafford when Sancho completed his £73million move to Manchester United back in July 2021, the England international is now desperate to draw a line under his Premier League nightmare.
At the heart of a public feud with Erik ten Hag over the past couple of months and completely in the Old Trafford wilderness, Sancho has not made a single appearance since a brief cameo showing in United’s 3-2 victory against Nottingham Forest on August 26th.
With it heavily suggested that the 23-year-old will be able to leave Old Trafford when the January transfer window opens up, reports have speculated that Sancho could be handed a major lifeline by his former employers.
Enjoying what was a breakout four-year stint in rural Germany with Borussia Dortmund, Sancho scored 50 goals and registered 57 assists in 137 appearances for the German giants and could relish an immediate return in January.

Ten Hag hands Sancho another public blow
While some in the Old Trafford hierarchy might have hoped that ten Hag and Sancho would find a solution to their ongoing feud, it appears that the former Ajax boss has handed a fresh blow to United’s forgotten superstar.
With Sancho still refusing to issue an apology to ten Hag and no signs of a reunion on the cards, it was suggested this week that the 23-year-old was excluded from United’s squad photo for the current season.
With Manchester United returning from the international break this weekend when they travel to relegation scrappers Sheffield United, it has already been confirmed that Sancho will not travel to Bramall Lane on Saturday night.
