Everton vs Cardiff Predictions and Betting Tips – Premier League Preview

Everton betting tips

Everton vs Cardiff predictions and betting tips for this weekend’s Premier League fixture at 3pm on Saturday 24th November. Everton are in good form and Cardiff haven’t done well away from home this season.

A narrow defeat at the hands of Manchester United is the only recent blemish on Everton’s record.

Cardiff doubled their season win tally with a timely victory over Brighton and Hove Albion last time out.

11 points currently separate these two.

Everton vs Cardiff Betting Tips

It’s taken some time, but Everton are finally starting to look like a team that could feasibly challenge the top six and stamp their mark on the Premier League. A decent run of form has seen them break into the top half following an unconvincing start and most Toffees fans will be expecting nothing less than a win when Cardiff visit this weekend. I’d have to agree with them for my Everton vs Cardiff predictions, despite the Bluebirds beginning to look like they’ve found their stride. Although I’d be cautious of the unattractive price on Everton to win outright. Instead, why not have a dabble on them winning with a -1 handicap, which is 5/4 with Paddy Power.

Richarlison has looked something of a revelation since swapping Hertfordshire for Liverpool in the summer. The Brazilian attacker made an immediate impact on debut for Everton, but a red card soon stunted his and Everton’s form until he returned to action. Selected to lead the line in Everton’s recent 0-0 draw at Chelsea, Richarlison was a constant menace and did everything but score against one of the division’s title contenders. You’d expect the former Watford man to get a slightly easier ride this weekend, though, which is why I’m backing him to add to his goal tally in this weekend’s Everton vs Cardiff betting tips. You can get 13/10 on the £50million man scoring anytime against Cardiff, with SportingBet the most generous.

Everton vs Cardiff Preview, Stats and Head to Head Record

Rightly or wrongly, there’s no doubt that Everton fans will have had this one down as a banker three pointer although nothing is ever certain in football! The home side are 2/5 to win here which might have looked decent value a short while ago. Cardiff, though, have made big strides in recent weeks and Neil Warnock seems to be getting more out of his players.

The Bluebirds have however claimed just a solitary point on their travels so far which is a bleak statistic for those fans who will be following their side up to Goodison Park this weekend.

Everton Preview, Form and Stats

Everton have made a solid start to the season and Richarlison has been in fantastic form since he’s arrived from Watford. They’ve won four of their six matches so far this season at Goodison Park and will be expected to win against against Cardiff City this weekend.

Three home wins on the bounce and just one goal conceded reads very good form indeed for Everton backers.

Cardiff Preview, Form and Stats

It’s not been a good start to the season for Cardiff City and they face a very difficult task this weekend too. They’ve conceded nine goals in their last three away matches are are yet to win on the road, picking up just one point.

Everton vs Cardiff City Prediction

Shutouts and Everton haven’t generally gone hand-in-hand this season, and this has been a significant contributory factor in them being involved in some entertaining matches. And while many may have been questioning the logic of this selection a few weeks back, Cardiff’s recent upturn in performance makes it look more than worthy of consideration as far as this weekend’s match is concerned. Sure, the Welsh club haven’t been banging goals in for fun, but they have at least managed to hit the back of the net with far greater regularity than we saw earlier in the campaign. For that reason, I really like the look of Everton failing to keep a clean sheet to complete my Everton vs Cardiff predictions on Saturday– with Bet365 paying 4/5 on the market.
