Atletico Madrid v Liverpool

Liverpool take their 100% record in this season’s Champions League to Atletico Madrid where they’ll hope to achieve a result that keeps them top of Group B.

The Reds beat AC Milan 3-2 in a thrilling game at Anfield to start their campaign, before a comfortable and highly impressive 5-1 win at FC Porto.

Atletico drew their opening game 0-0 at home to Porto, before securing what could be a crucial 2-1 win at AC Milan; results which sees the Spanish side sitting second in the group.

They come into this game fresh having not played since the international break, whilst Liverpool enjoyed a 5-0 weekend win at Watford, with Roberto Firmino scoring a hat-trick and Mo Salah bagging a brace.

Atletico are always tough to break down, but we think the Reds have the firepower to do that and think Liverpool can win at the Wanda Metropolitano.

Score Prediction: Atletico Madrid 0-2 Liverpool (11/1 with William Hill)

Betting Tip: Liverpool to win (15/4 with William Hill)

Stoke City v Bournemouth

In the Championship, leaders Bournemouth travel north to face fifth-placed Stoke City at the Bet365 Stadium.

The Cherries are enjoying life under Scott Parker and produced another excellent performance on the road at the weekend to beat Bristol City 2-0. They are the only team to have an unbeaten away record, having won four and drawn two of their six games on their travels, and have also conceded just once away from home.

Stoke were beaten 2-1 by Sheffield United on Saturday, their first defeat in four games. The Potters have the second-best home record, with five wins and one draw from their six games, so this should be a hugely competitive encounter.

Score Prediction: Stoke City 1-2 Bournemouth (17/2 with William Hill)

Betting Tip: Over 2.5 goals (5/4 with William Hill)

Rotherham United v Wycombe Wanderers

Two in-form League One teams meet at the New York Stadium as fifth-placed Rotherham welcome second-placed Wycombe Wanderers.

The hosts sit top of the form table having won four and drawn one of their last five games, which includes winning their last three fixtures. The latest victory was a 4-1 hammering of Portsmouth on Saturday, a result that has seen the Millers consolidate their place in the top five.

Wycombe are on an excellent run of form themselves having won their last four league games on the bounce. They beat bottom-side Doncaster on Saturday 2-0 in a game where they kept a clean sheet for the second fixture in a row.

This should be another highly competitive game where we see goals from these two in-form sides.

Score Prediction: Rotherham 2-2 Wycombe (14/1 with William Hill)

Betting Tip: Over 3.5 goals (12/5 with William Hill)

Harrogate v Tranmere Rovers

In League Two, second-placed Harrogate Town welcome fourth-placed Tranmere Rovers to the EnviroVent Stadium, with both sides looking to maintain their good starts to the season.

Harrogate suffered a 1-0 defeat at Colchester on Saturday, only their second loss of the season. However, they can boast an unbeaten record at home and put six past Scunthorpe when they were last in action in front of their own fans.

Tranmere sit top of the League Two form table after securing four wins and one draw from their last five games. Their latest victory came on Saturday at Carlisle where they won 1-0, but that was their first win on the road this campaign.

Rovers do have the meanest defence having conceded just four goals, but they have only managed nine themselves, whereas Harrogate are the league’s top goal scorers.

Score Prediction: Harrogate 1-0 Tranmere (6/1 with William Hill)

Betting Tip: Harrogate to win (5/4 with William Hill)
