Aston Villa to win

Ollie Watkins is in red hot form at the minute, and is putting himself right in the frame to go to the Euro’s next summer with Gareth Southgate’s England. In the Premier League this season, the 27-year-old has scored five and assisted five in 10 games. I’m backing him to get another goal contribution in this one, as I expect Villa to spend the majority of the game on the front foot, and Watkins will be right at the heart of their attack.

 

Ryan Yates to be booked

Ryan Yates has picked up two yellow cards so far this season in his eight Premier League appearances. His tackle success rate is just 54%, and I think he will be forced into making a number of fouls in this one against a physical Aston Villa midfield containing the likes of John McGunn and Douglas Luiz.
