Five must buy bargains on Fantasy Football
With the return of the Premier League just a couple of days away, us Fantasy Football bosses have the chance to assess how are squads are getting on.
Now a third of the way into the season and quickly racing towards a busy Christmas schedule, bragging rights in our leagues are really starting to heat up after the international break.
We all know how important every penny is when it comes to Fantasy Football, so, if you’re in the market for a bargain, we have found five hidden gems that could be worth investing in.
Fantasy Football Tips this Week
Matt Doherty – £4.9million
Although Wolves may have heavily invested after running away with the Championship last season, it has been one of their longest standing players who has arguably made the biggest impact.
Helping Nuno Espírito Santo’s side keep five clean sheets in six matches between September and October, Doherty was voted September’s PFA Player of the Month.
Collecting a points tally of 54, the same as Manchester City’s Kyle Walker, the 26-year-old is currently the sixth highest scoring defender in Fantasy Football.

Despite Henrikh Mkhitaryan’s late strike costing the Irishman yet another clean sheet, the full-back did pick up the Man of the Match award and has been one of the league’s biggest earners for bonus points.
With Wolves set for a very favorable run against both Cardiff and Huddersfield later in the month, Doherty should be confident of extending his clean sheet tally.
Trent Alexander-Arnold – £5million
The only player from a top six side to make the list, Alexander-Arnold really is a steal at just £5million.
Cementing his spot at Liverpool’s first choice right-back, the youngster has been a huge part of Liverpool’s start to the season.
With Jurgen Klopp’s side conceding just five goals in their opening 12 Premier League games, the Reds, along with Manchester City, hold the best defensive record in England.
Helping himself to an assist and a clean sheet in last week’s 2-0 win over Fulham, the 20-year-old also put in a Man of the Match performance while on international duty in midweek.

With a Fantasy Football points tally of 51, Alexander-Arnold sits in the top 10 for defenders with the most points this season and only Liverpool teammate Andrew Robertson (£6.5million) has a better record this season.
Part of one of the Premier League’s most feared defences and an ever-present in Liverpool’s attack, the right-back is certainly worth adding.
Richarlison – £6.9million
Although his £40million price tag may have raised plenty of eyebrows over the summer, Richarlison is enjoying a stellar start to life at Goodison Park.
With six goals in his 10 Premier League appearances so far, he has now single handily scored a third of Everton’s domestic goals this season.
While the Brazilian might be listed as a midfielder on Fantasy Football, the Richarlison has recently been deployed as a lone striker in Marco Silva’s new look 4-2-3-1.

Quickly becoming Everton’s number one attacking option, the former Watford man will likely be given the responsibility of carrying the Blues’ goalscoring burden.
Welcoming newly promoted Cardiff to Merseyside after the international break, the 21-year-old should be confident of extending his very impressive tally.
Callum Wilson – £6.8million
Becoming the first player in Bournemouth’s history to score a goal for England in their 3-0 win over the USA on Thursday, Callum Wilson is undoubtedly enjoying the finest run in his career.
Battling back from two major knee injuries, the 26-year-old has been Eddie Howe’s standout performer this year and is leading the Cherries’ charge up the Premier League table.
Finding the net in Bournemouth’s 2-1 defeat to Manchester United prior to the international break, Wilson has now recorded four top-flight goals in his last five league appearances.
In fact, no English player has scored more Premier League goals than Wilson so far this season, including one Harry Kane.

With three assists to his name as well, the striker has also been directly involved more goals than the likes of PFA Player of the Year Mohamed Salah and Arsenal sharp-shooter Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Almost £4.5million less than Manchester City’s Sergio Aguero, the now fully fledged England international is certainly a very good option at just £6.8million.
Ryan Fraser – £6.2million
From one Bournemouth star to another.
While Wilson might be stealing the headlines at the Vitality Stadium, Scottish international Ryan Fraser is also enjoying a very bright start to the new season.
Operating off the left-hand side of the Cherries attacking trio, the 24-year-old has been the chief support to the free-scoring Wilson.

Enjoying his breakout year on the south coast, Fraser’s six assists this season see him sat alone at the top of the Premier League’s charts.
It is also worth noting that over the past three game weeks, the winger has picked up three assists and created 12 chances, the best stats in England’s top-tier of late.
Already picking up 70 Fantasy Football points after 12 games, only Salah, Eden Hazard and Raheem Sterling have won more points than Fraser.
